The filthy rooms were charming, especially with hair in the bathroom and used soap.

We thoroughly enjoyed this family-friendly hotel. Booked a room with all the amenities.

Everything was simply great. Lovely hotel, all of the staff were efficient and excellent, perfect location to motorways. Loved our rooms with all the amenities. Location: the venue was very close to Kingwood Center in Mansfield, OH as well as many restaurants.

I had a great time during the holidays, and I'm really happy with my choice of staying here.

We were upgraded to a bigger room which was fabulous!

I didn't like being charged ahead of time for the room.

The room I stayed in was brand-new and reasonably large, with a sofa, couch, and separate bedroom. the kitchen included a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. - the hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to an outdoor mini-golf course.

Bed excellent.

There was rust on the toilet where it is attached to the floor. Room 163. All three dry cereals were sugar coated. A healthier option is needed.

The rooms were very quiet at night even in the morning you could not hear other people showers running. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm?

It was simple to book a wheelchair accessible room here, which came with a coffee maker. the room also had a cozy sofa and a TV, which was a great addition for some relaxing time 🛋️.

The desk clerk was overwhelmed with walk-ins and phone calls. But she, I didn't get her name, she handled it all very efficiently. Book.com messed up our reservation and she couldn't find it so she up graded us and put us in a nicer room. Just as we were leaving the check-in desk she noticed a Book.com listing in the computer with the name of EX, Not even close to mine. But anyway she was so very nice and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was really nice as it was divided into two areas which made it good for watching TV without bothering someone who was sleeping. The room had all the usual stuff and TWO TV's which were very good, the room was clean, no little critters running around and the place was quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

I thought the price was high but I'm cheap. Still over $100 for a few hours sleep is high to me. Didn't have much choice as the others in the Book.com listings were either full, higher, or the reviews didn't sit very well with my sweetie.

Staff was incredible, so genuinely sweet and caring. Breakfast spread was great; something for everyone and kept clean and full. Our door knob to our bathroom was not on right, so the door didn't close quite right, but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Location was great, close to many attractions.

Enjoyed the air conditioner, water softener, coffee fixings, and clean areas.

Felt very relaxed, no complaints at all.

The pool was exceptionally nice, and the breakfast was fantastic
